Colony 5 proposes the creation of framework that will enable retail corridors to be more dynamic, responsive, and attractive to reinvestment.
Our core premise is to place startups, Lego-style, on a community wide, data-rich framework serving synthetic intellect into back office systems of business owners choosing to set up shop on our overlay. This sets the stage for more efficient business operations and more effective business operators.

The initial elements of the Pilot will serve to interact with specific technologies used by newcos as primers for edge tech, i.e. navigation for drones and autonomous vehicles.
Cyberinfrastructures will evolve as an open platforms for innovators to develop derivative applications for social impact and/or commercial implications.
The Pilot will also accelerate creative redevelopment of lots, storefronts and surrounding parcels.
